There are three types of funding for PDIG:

• Voting Members
  




•  Non-Voting Members





• Companies/Entities: Companies or Corporations can invest in PDIG; however, they will not have voting rights on management or product selection.  In this case it is possible for PDIG to elect to give a company exclusive manufacturing rights, as an incentive for investment.
