The core members control the management of PDIG.  PDIG’s core members will oversee the day-to-day operations and interface with ET, as well as outsourcing.

Voting members vote on the product selection and distribution of the returns, as well as any agreements with potential companies.

Non-voting members are given updates on product developments with current statuses and forecasting and will receive dividend payments as approved by the voting members.
