The structure of PDIG, a limited liability corporation, includes investors seeking to invest funds in product developments.  PDIG's investors determine which products to develop.  Also, the funding may be utilized on existing product(s) upgrades or use in an area deemed to increase revenue or profitability for PDIG.  ET is PDIG’s product development resource, all developments approved by PDIG will be developed by ET, and ET will receive the development funding from PDIG.
