RF
Transceiver

Elliott
Techn designed a RF (radio frequency) transceiver module in the 900 MHz spectrum.
Low power was essential as well as low cost. This module
communication range was over 100 yards (line of sight).
Absentee
Ballot Entry Device
The Absentee Ballot Entry Device project required development of a hand-held
embedded controller for entry of absentee ballots into an Electronic
1242 voting machine. The
device includes non-volatile EEPROM-based data storage, an EL backlit
LCD display, RS-232 communication, and a custom keypad. A
standard 9-volt battery providing 0.5 amp-Hrs powers the device.
Also, a Built-In-Test (BIT) capability for
verification of the major functional circuits is incorporated. This test capability is used for the manufacturing test of the PC
Board.
Wearable
Computer System

The Wearable Computer System is a wearable PC for use in commercial,
industrial and military applications. The device contains a 486/Pentium PC with 2 Cardbus slots and a
heads up display. It can be
configured for RF network access.
